Researches on the Origin and Influences of Dairy Industry in Qingdao

分析近代青岛牛乳业兴起的原因和发展过程,认为青岛的奶业从德占时期外国人对乳品的需求开始起步,并伴随着青岛城市人口的增加进一步发展。虽然青岛牛乳业的发展还处在比较初级的阶段,然而随其发展形成了比较稳定的消费人群。另外,其发展过程中的经验、问题与教训,都值得现在的牛奶业借鉴。

This article intends to analyze the reasons and development process of the rise of Qingdao dairy industry in modern times. The dairy industry in Qingdao started from the German occupation period because of the demand of foreigners for dairy products, and further developed with the increase of population in Qingdao city. Although the development of Qingdao dairy industry is still in a relatively preliminary stage, it formed a relatively stable consumer population with its development. In addition, the experience, problems and lessons in its development process can provide some reference for our current development of milk industry.
