摘要
为了解氟对花背蟾蜍(Bufo raddei)的受精卵及蝌蚪的急性不良反应.本研究以花背蟾蜍为研究对象,观察不良反应行为并测量氟对不同发育期花背蟾蜍(受精卵,10、30和50日龄)的半致死质量浓度(LC50)和安全质量浓度(SC).结果显示,随着质量氟浓度的增高,其对受精卵发育的抑制作用增强.96 h后,氟对10、30和50日龄花背蟾蜍的LC50分别为333、493和678 mg/L,SC分别为3、5和7 mg/L.LC50和SC均随花背蟾蜍日龄的增加而不断升高,花背蟾蜍的受精卵及幼体对氟不良反应较敏感.
In order to analyze the acute toxicity of fluoride to the fertilized eggs and tadpoles of Bufo raddei,the Bufo raddei of different ages(fertilized eggs,10,30 and 50 day-old)were selected to study the fluorosis behavior,semi-lethal mass concentration(LC50)and safe mass concentration(SC).The results showed that its inhibition on the development of the fertilized eggs increased with the increase of fluoride concentration.After 96 h,the LC50 concentration of fluoride to 10,30 and 50 day-old Bufo raddei was 333,493 and 678 mg/L,and the SC was 3,5 and 7 mg/L,respectively.The LC50 and SC increased with age,suggesting that the fertilized eggs and tadpoles of Bufo raddei were sensitive to fluoride adverse reactions.
