长三角一体化背景下优化金融生态环境的思考——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

金融是世界银行营商环境报告关注的十个指标之一,金融的核心是风控,而风控的核心又是信用。良好的信用环境和高效便利的金融信贷服务能力是优化金融生态环境的应有之义,也是金融助推实体经济高质量发展的强大动力。对标长三角先进城市,浙江省嘉兴市金融信贷服务仍存差距、政策服务创新和体制机制仍存缺陷,嘉兴应着力创建国家级科技金融改革创新试验区,打响科技金融服务品牌;从政、银、企三方共同发力,打造一流金融生态环境的嘉兴模式,优化提升金融服务能力,促进经济高质量发展。

Finance is one of the ten indicators concerned by the World Bank Business Environment Report.The core of finance is risk control,and the core of risk control is credit.A good credit environment and efficient and convenient financial credit service ability are necessary to optimize the financial ecological environment,and also are the powerful driving force for the high-quality development of the real economy.Compared with the advanced cities in the Yangtze River Delta,there are still gaps in Jiaxing's financial credit service,innovation in policy service and institutional mechanism.Jiaxing should strive to create a national level scientific and technological financial reform and innovation pilot zone,and launch a brand of scientific and technological financial service.Furthermore,it should make joint efforts in politics,banking and enterprises to create a first-class financial ecological environment model,optimize and improve its financial service capacity,and promote its high quality development.
