摘要 提出一种基于激光位移传感器的非接触式斜齿圆柱齿轮螺旋角的测量方法与装置。根据最小二乘法将被测斜齿轮端截面上的采集点拟合成一段平滑曲线(齿廓),求出该曲线与分度圆的交点位置,依次进行若干个端截面的测量,得到同一个轮齿不同截面上齿廓与分度圆的若干个交点位置,再经直线拟合,利用坐标法计算出直线的斜率,可得到斜齿轮的螺旋角。基于激光位移传感器的齿轮测量方法可有效提升斜齿轮螺旋角测量的精度与效率,也适用于斜齿轮各项误差的精密测量。 A method and device for measuring helical angle of non-contact helical cylindrical gear basedon laser displacement sensor is presented. According to the least square method,the collected points on themeasured helical gear end section are fitted into a smooth curve(tooth profile),and the intersection points be-tween the curve and the indexing circle are obtained. Several intersection points of the tooth profile and the in-dexing circle on different cross sections of the same gear are measured in turn,and then the slope of the straightline is calculated by the coordinate method. The helical angle of helical gear is obtained. The gear measurementmethod based on laser displacement sensor can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of helical gearhelical angle measurement,and is also applicable to the accurate measurement of helical gear errors.
