大型真菌来源含氮杂环化合物的结构及生物活性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 大型真菌不仅具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,而且是天然活性产物的重要来源,其中许多种类有着广阔的开发应用前景。含氮杂环化合物是天然产物的一个重要家族,目前已有多种分离自大型真菌的含氮杂环化合物被证明具有显著的生物活性。对近十年来文献报道的大型真菌来源含氮杂环化合物(吲哚类、吡啶类、吡咯类、核苷类和环肽类)的化学结构及生物活性进行了系统的总结,以期为开发高附加值的大型真菌品种及其深加工产品,深入发掘大型真菌来源的天然药物提供参考。 Macrofungi not only have high nutritional and medicinal values, but also are important sources of bioactive natural compounds, many of which have broad prospects for development and application. Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds are an important family of natural products. At present, many nitrogen heterocyclic compounds isolated from macrofungi have significant biological activities. Advances of recent 10 years in chemical structures and bioactivities of macrofungi-derived nitrogen heterocyclic compounds, including indoles, pyridines, pyrroles, nucleosides and cyclopeptides, were reviewed and discussed in this article.
