上海地区成年人群2型糖尿病患病状况、影响因素调查与防治对策研究

Investigation on the Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Type 2 Diabetes in Adults in Shanghai

目的通过调查上海地区成年人群2型糖尿病发病状况及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法对上海地区>18岁的3200人进行调查,统计被调查者2型糖尿病患病人数,并分析相关影响因素。结果调查结果显示,2型糖尿病患病率为6.25%。城市居民、年龄、文化程度、收入水平、已婚、肥胖、腰围、体质量指数等是上海地区2型糖尿病患病影响因素(P<0.05)。年龄、腰围、肥胖、血压高、血脂高、糖尿病家族史和运动是2型糖尿病患病独立性影响因素(P<0.05)。结论上海地区成年人群2型糖尿病患病率处较高水平,影响因素较多,年龄呈低龄化趋势。因此,急需采取合理有效干预,提高人群整体素质。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of type 2 diabetes and its influencing factors in the adult population in Shanghai.METHODS The cluster sampling method is used to survey 3200 people aged>18 years in Shanghai.The number of patients with type 2 diabetes is counted,and related factors are analyzed.RESULTS The survey results show that the prevalence of type 2 diabetes is 6.25%.Urban residents,age,education level,income level,married,obesity,waist circumference,body mass index and other factors are the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes in Shanghai(P<0.05).Age,waist circumference,obesity,high blood pressure,high blood lipids,family history of diabetes,and exercise are the influencing factors for the independence of type 2 diabetes(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The prevalence of type 2 diabetes in the adult population in Shanghai is relatively high,with many influencing factors,and the age is declining.Therefore,it is urgent to take reasonable and effective interventions to improve the overall quality of the population.
