德国阿尔茨海默病患者照护人文关怀对我国老年照护的启示

Enlightenment of Humanistic Care for Alzheimer’s Disease Patients in Germany on Elderly Care in China

目前阿尔茨海默病已成为我国老年人群致死和致残的主要疾病之一,对老年人健康和社会经济造成了巨大的压力。以德国常见老年照护机构对阿尔茨海默病患者的照护实践为例,探讨从物理环境要求、日常生活结构和社会环境营造的整体照护体现出的人文关怀,满足阿尔茨海默病患者的需求、确保患者安全、延缓病情进展和减轻照料者压力等起到了积极效果。结合我国实际从照护机构、工作人员、患者和家属以及照护人才培养等方面提出建议,有效促进我国未来老年照护事业不断发展。

At present,Alzheimer’s disease has become one of the major diseases causing death and disability for the elderly in China,which caused great pressure on the health and economic society of the elderly.Taking the care practice of common geriatric care institutions in Germany for patients with Alzheimer’s disease as an example,it discusses the humanistic care reflected in the physical environment requirements,daily life structure and the overall care created by social environment,which has played a positive role in meeting the needs of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,ensuring the safety of patients,delaying the progress of disease and reducing the pressure of caregivers.Combined with the actual situation of our country,it puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of care institutions,staff,patients and their families,and training of care talents,so as to effectively promote the continuous development of elderly care in the future.
