钢包自动跟踪与调度系统的设计

摘要 目前炼钢车间内部的钢包管理和跟踪普遍采用人工记录方式,钢包的周转和调度完全凭借人工经验,这种工作效率较低,错误率较高,并不能满足智能化炼钢厂的建设需求。针对这一情况本文设计了一种钢包跟踪与调度系统,对钢包周转及调度的管理流程、主要功能进行介绍,并提出了系统硬件配置方案。通过准确实时的获取钢包位置和状态信息,自动定位钢包并跟踪其周转过程,及时有效的选配合适的钢包,可有效优化钢包管理流程,实现钢包优化调度,提高炼钢运行效率。本文主要介绍某钢铁企业钢包系统的管理流程及系统概况,该系统完全运转后能有效提高钢包周转率,及时发现钢包安全隐患,在提高生产效率的同时降低了事故率。 At present,the ladle management and tracking in the steel-making workshop generally adopt the manual recording mode.The ladle turnover and scheduling rely entirely on the manual experience.This kind of work efficiency is low and the error rate is high,which can not meet the construction requirements of intelligent steel-making plant.In view of this situation,this paper designs a ladle tracking and scheduling system,introduces the management process and main functions of ladle turnover and scheduling,and puts forward the hardware configuration scheme of the system.By acquiring the location and status information of ladle accurately and real-time,automatically locating the ladle and tracking its turnover process,and selecting the appropriate ladle timely and effectively,the ladle management process can be effectively optimized,the optimal scheduling of ladle can be realized,and the operation efficiency of steelmaking can be improved.This paper mainly introduces the management process and general situation of the ladle system in an iron and steel enterprise.After the system is fully operated,it can effectively improve the ladle turnover rate,find out the hidden danger of ladle safety in time,and reduce the accident rate while improving the production efficiency.
