门氏妇科应用寿胎丸经验

中原门氏妇科是中原三大妇科流派之一,门成福教授是门氏妇科流派最具代表性的传承人,从医、从教、从研70余年,临证经验颇多。自幼熟读四大经典及中医妇科专著,将书中精华与门氏妇科学术思想融汇贯通并应用于临床。通过介绍门氏妇科学术思想、张锡纯学术观点在门氏妇科学术思想中的体现,分析《医学衷中参西录》寿胎丸的组成及现代药理研究,总结门成福教授应用寿胎丸加减治疗滑胎及妊娠保胎经验,得出寿胎丸在滑胎的孕前调理及孕前期的保胎过程中能起到积极作用。

The Gynecology of Men is one of the three major gynecological schools(styles)in the Central Plain Area.Professor Chengfu Men is the arbiter of the Gynecology of Men.In his 70 years of medical experience,teaching and studying,he has a lot of clinical experience.Since childhood,he has read four classics and monographs on gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,and has integrated the essence of the book with the gynecological thought of Men′s and applied it to clinical practice.He integrates the essence of the book and the gynecological academic thoughts of the Gynecology of Men and applies it to clinic.This article will introduce the Men′s gynecological thoughts and effect on Zhang Xichun′s academic views in Men′s gynecological thoughts,composition of Shoutai Pills in the book of“Records of Tradition Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Combination”,research in Shoutai Pills′modern pharmacological action and clinical application of how Professor Chengfu Cheng use the pills of fetus protection.It is concluded that Shoutai Pill can play a positive role in pre-pregnancy conditioning and pre-pregnancy maintenance during pregnancy.
