摘要 利用计算机仿真技术研究混合介质电特性,主要借助于计算混合介质的等效介电常数。等效介电常数受到混合物中各相含量、结构形状、几何分布等因素的影响,其中前两个因素对等效介电常数的影响前人已做过较为充分的研究,并建立了各类模型。但这些经验模型和混合公式都极少考虑到各相成分的几何分布这一因素对等效电特性的影响,使得应用这些混合公式来分析复杂混合介质等效介电常数时会存在一定误差。文章通过COMSOL仿真软件利用计算机仿真的方法将几何分布这一因素考虑到混合公式里面,通过MTALAB编程将几何分布因素转化为几何修正因子,并将几何修正因子确定为孔隙度函数。不同模型上的验证结果表明,使用修正后的混合公式与数值解结果吻合度更高,说明了修正方法的正确性。这一修正后的混合公式可为实际研究混合介质电特性提供重要的理论依据。 Using computer simulation technology to study the electrical properties of mixed media,mainly by calculating the equivalent dielectric constant of the mixed medium,the equivalent dielectric constant is affected by the content,structure shape and geometric distribution of each phase in the mixture.Among them,the former two factors have exerted sufficient research on the influence of equivalent dielectric constant,and various models have been established.However,these empirical models and mixing formulas rarely take into account the influence of the geometric distribution of each phase component on the equivalent electrical characteristics,so there are some errors in the application of these mixing formulas to analyze the equivalent dielectric constant of complex mixed media.Through the COMSOL simulation software,the we consider the geometrical distribution factor into the mixing formula by means of computer simulation technology.The geometric distribution factor is transformed into the geometric correction factor by MTALAB programming,and the geometric correction factor is determined as the porosity function.The verification results on different models show that the corrected blending formula is more consistent with the numerical solution,indicating the correctness of the correction method.This modified mixing formula can provide an important theoretical basis for the practical study of the electrical properties of mixed media.
