高分辨率测绘卫星应用及其标准建设研究初探 被引量:6

摘要 高分辨率测绘卫星是自然资源调查与分析的重要组成部分,针对其在新技术推动下相关标准的快速增长需求以及目前缺乏独立的标准体系顶层设计等问题,提出了高分辨率测绘卫星标准研究的思路。给出了标准体系框架,通过模块化的设计,全面建立了从获取、检验、成果、应用服务到管理的一系列标准建设方案;通过分析高分辨率测绘卫星的国内外现状,调查梳理了现行相关标准的使用情况、在研标准的进度、新型标准的需求情况等,掌握了各类标准在总的测绘标准体系框架中的分布情况,找出标准的欠缺方向,在标准建设中加以重点规划。研究结果表明,建立独立的高分辨率测绘卫星标准体系框架对该领域标准的立项、制定、发布实施具有重要的指导作用。 High resolution surveying and mapping satellite is an important component for natural resources investigation and analysis.In this paper,according to the issues occurred during the development of high resolution surveying and mapping satellite standards with the intention to tackle the problems emerged due to the increasingly growing demands for standards in the new technology development era and the lacking of independent top-level designed standard system,we gave the standard system framework,and proposed the establishment scheme of standards through developed modular design in acquisition,inspection,application services and management.Furthermore,based on the status analysis of high resolution surveying and mapping satellite both in China and abroad,we searched and sorted out the researches in current standards adoption,new standards proposes and development,and demanding for new standards,etc.so that to comprehend the distribution of various types of standards in the surveying and mapping standard system framework in general,and to find the standards to be key planned and developed in the future.The results conclude that the establishment of an independent framework of high resolution surveying and mapping satellite standard system will provide an essential guidance for the proposal,development and implementation of standards in this field.
