摘要
针对南京市城市地下管线数据坐标转换的实际需求,提出了基于Esri开发组件ArcEngine和AutoCAD.NET的多格式空间实体逐点转换方法;研究了其实现的关键技术,采用C~#语言设计开发了坐标转换软件,并利用实例数据进行了验证分析。结果表明,该方法保证了各类实体要素转换前后的一致性,核心的坐标转换函数封装在动态链接库中,保障了转换参数的保密性;成果的转换精度和效率均满足实际生产的需要。
In view of the actual requirements for coordinate transformation of Nanjing urban underground pipeline data,we proposed a point-by-point transformation method of multi-format spatial entities based on Esri development components ArcEngine and AutoCAD.NET.In this paper,we discussed the key technologies which realizing this method,used C#language to design and develop the software,and validated the method by using example data.The results show that the consistency of coordinate transformation before and after given by the software is well reserved.The core function is encapsulated in the dynamic link library to ensure the confidentiality of the conversion parameters.The accuracy and efficiency of the results meet the needs of actual production.
