摘要
应用探索性空间数据分析方法对我国高校师资的空间特征和空间格局进行研究,研究发现2013到2017年间,我国大部分省份的高校师资有逐年增强的趋势,少部分省份在减弱。高校学历结构和职称结构都呈现东强西弱的空间分布特征,而生师比则呈现西强东弱的分布状态。师资力量呈现高-高聚集空间格局特征的省份数量较多,形成了以河南、湖北和安徽三省为核心的、面积较广泛的高-高聚集格局特征。
Using Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis method,this paper studies the spatial characteristics and spatial pattern of university teachers in China.It is found that from 2013 to 2017,the number of university teachers in most provinces in China has increased year by year,while a few provinces are weakening.The academic structure and professional title structure of colleges and universities show the spatial characteristics of being strong in the east and weak in the west,while the student-teacher ratio shows the distribution of being strong in the west and weak in the east.The number of provinces with high-high concentration spatial pattern of teachers is large,forming a high-high concentration area with Henan,Hubei and Anhui provinces as the core in a wider area.
