在传承和创新中构建良性课程文化生态

摘要 课程文化是大学文化的重要组成部分,是一门大学课程多年教学实践的精神成果和理论升华。文章以北京工业大学国家基础力学理论与实验教学团队的教学改革与实践为例,阐释了大学课程文化的基本内涵与特征以及课程文化生态建设的基本路径。重点阐述了围绕课程-教师-学生-课程环境四个有机部分,结合课程特点、学生特点和借助教学团队优势而进行良性课程文化生态建设的根本路径,同时指出在传承创新中不断建设课程文化生态是学校办学质量的重要标志,是社会主义大学的核心价值与文化基础。 Curriculum culture is an important part of university culture,which is the spiritual achievement and theoretical sublimation of many years teaching practice of the university course.Taking the teaching reform and practice of the national fundamental mechanics theory and experimental teaching team of Beijing University of Technology as an example,this paper illustrates the basic connotation and characteristics of university curriculum culture and the basic path of curriculum culture ecology construction.The fundamental path of benign curriculum culture ecology construction is emphasized encompassing four organic parts of course-teacher-student-environment and combining with the characteristics of curriculum,students'characteristics and advantages of the teaching team.At the same time,it is pointed out that the construction of curriculum culture ecology in inheritance and innovation is an important symbol evaluating the university education quality,as well as core values and culture basis of the socialist university.
