基于新工科建设的安全创新型人才培养研究 被引量:4

摘要 安全工程专业特点决定在新工科建设中急需培养适应新技术、新业态、新模式和新产业需求的创新型人才。针对安全工程专业创新型人才培养中遇到的问题,通过现场调研和新经济发展分析提出改进培养目标和毕业要求,结合学生自身特点构建结构化教学体系,实施教学与科研深度融合的人才培养模式,搭建校内外相结合的高水平实践教学平台,实现学生创新能力的有效提升,最终达到新工科的建设需求。 The specialty of safety engineering determines that in the construction of new engineering disciplines,it is urgent to cultivate innovative talents that are adapted to the needs of new technologies,new formats,new models and new industries.Aiming at the problems encountered in the cultivation of innovative talents in safety engineering,through field surveys and analysis of new economic development,improvement training goals and graduation requirements are proposed,a structured teaching system is constructed in accordance with the characteristics of students,and a talent training model that integrates teaching and scientific research is implemented.To build a high-level practical teaching platform combining internal and external campuses,to effectively promote the innovation ability of students,and finally meet the construction needs of new engineering disciplines.
