摘要
应用与探索了食品添加剂检测专题小学期的竞赛式教学。以国标方法为题材,教学分为自实习、预赛和决赛三个阶段进行。自实习阶段做准备性练习,预赛考察方法执行的规范性,决赛则为技术水平测试。结果有效挖掘了学生潜力,调动了积极性,收到的良好教学效果。
The competition teaching mode was applied and explored during the food safety testing techniques education in the small semester.With the national standard testing method as subject matter,the teaching was performed by three stages including self practising,preliminary and final competition.The preparing practices were carried out in the self practising stage;the assessments of operating normalization and testing ability for the method were performed in the preliminary and final competition stages respectively.In results,the latent capacities and initiatives of students were dug effectively and good teaching effects were achieved.
