物联网工程专业课程思政师资队伍建设探究

课程思政是发挥学校各门课程的育人功能,推动形成思想政治教育共同体的重要举措和手段,而教师是提升课程思政教学质量的关键要素。文章分析了物联网工程专业在实施课程思政中教师存在的问题和不足,探索了物联网工程专业加强师资队伍建设的策略,从理念提升、能力培养、团队建设、教学方法和手段改革等方面入手,深入研究如何引导专业教师将思政课内容融入到教学中,转变思路,扩展思想政治内涵及外延,开创全员育人、全过程育人的大思政局面。

Curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure and means to give play to the educational function of various courses in schools and promote the formation of a community of ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the teachers'problems and insufficiency existing in the implementation of curriculum of internet of things engineering,explores the strategies to strengthen the construction of teaching staff teaching internet of things engineering.This paper makes a thorough study of how to guide the professional teachers to integrate ideological and political content into the teaching,make the shift in thinking,expand the ideological connotation and denotation in order to create a big ideological situation of the overall education,the whole process of education from the concept,ability training,team construction,reform of teaching methods and means and so on.
