摘要
诊断与改进是提高人才培养质量的关键手段,以建筑工程技术专业为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学实施、毕业生核心能力4个方面进行诊断,分析存在的问题并进行改进,使专业人才培养契合社会与企业需求。
The specialty diagnosis and improvement is a very important means to guarantee the teaching quality in vocational colleges.The construction of the quality gurantee system of the architectural engineering technology specialty in vocational colleges should include such work as constructing the organization of the quality gurantee work,constructing the guarantee system of the inner quality and doing the diagnosis and improvement work so as to improve the talent quality constantly.
