Through to the years of teaching and training practice of the military pentathlon throwing distance grenade,combined with the latest competition rules,the technical preparation,basic technical essentials and common problems in the training of the grenade fare-off basic movement technology were systematically analyzed to improve the military pentathlon team.The young athletes and the officers and men of the grassroots units have mastered and applied the understanding of the basic movement techniques of the grenade and provided a theoretical reference for improving the scientific nature of the grenade throwing training of our army.
