摘要
目的:对正念疗法的核心理念及治疗方法手段和民族传统养生体育的功法特点及对心理锻炼的影响进行了探究,为将民族传统养生体育运用到正念疗法的治疗中提供理论依据;方法:运用文献资料调研法,分析研究国内外有关民族传统养生体育和正念疗法的最新成果;结果显示:两者主要都是在日常生活中通过个人练习对心理施加影响;正念疗法对心理的治疗方法和民族传统养生体育功法对心理的锻炼原理一致,都是通过细匀深长的呼吸,使身心达到“松”“静”的基础上,再运用一些具体的方法和手段实现注意力的集中,进而达到治疗的目的;结论:民族传统养生体育功法多样、动静相兼,可以作为正念疗法治疗手段的有益补充。
Objective:Discusses the core mechanism and treatment of mindfulness therapy and the characteristics of Ethnic traditional health sport exercises and their influence on mental exercise,To find the theoretical basis for the application of Ethnic traditional health sport to the treatment of mindfulness therapy.Methods:Using the literature data research,analyze and study the latest achievements in Ethnic traditional health sport and Mindfulness therapy;Results:The results show that Both are mainly in the daily life through the personal exercise exert influence on the psychology;,the principle of mindfulness therapy for psychotherapy and Ethnic traditional health sport is consistent with the psychological impact,first through a long deep breath,relax physically and mindlessly,then use some specific means to achieve concentration,in order to achieve the goal of treatment.;Conclusion:Ethnic traditional health sport have varied styles,static and dynamic,it can be used as a treatment for mindfulness.therapy.
