Analysis of Tactical Basic Combat Training’s Development Strategy

战术基础训练是军事训练的重要组成部分,是战术行动的基础。着眼信息化条件下军事训练要求,阐述了战术基础实战化训练的重要地位。通过分析当前我军战术基础训练的现状及存在问题,并结合军事训练实战化发展的方向,提出了我军战术基础实战化训练应按照大纲要求、结合战术背景、结合战场环境、结合携装携弹、结合专业方向展开,为部队战术基础训练提供发展策略和指明方向。

Tactical basic training is an indispensable part of military training and the basis of tactical action.With a view to the requirements of military training under the conditions of information,this paper expounds the important position of the basic tactical combat training.In accordance with requirements of the outline,this paper also puts forward the view that our army tactical basic training should be carried out by combining with the tactical background,battlefield environment,live ammunition and equipment,and professional direction,which offers the development strategy and direction of the basic tactical training.
