高校对于传统文化的传承具有十分重要的促进作用,民族传统体育文化的传承与弘扬需要借助高校这块阵地。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析传承民族传统体育文化的重要意义,阐述高校传承民族传统体育文化的优势以及面临的困难,提出高校传承民族传统体育文化的策略。为在高校体育教学中融入民族传统体育实践,促进民族传统体育教育的发展提供参考。

Universities play a very crucial role in promoting the inheritance of traditional culture.The inheritance and promotion of national traditional sports culture needs to rely on the environment of universities.Using the literature method and logic analysis method,we analyze the significance of the inheritance of national traditional sports culture,expound the advantages and disadvantages of inheriting the traditional sports culture in universities,and put forward the strategy of inheriting the traditional sports culture of universities.It provides a reference for integrating the practice of national traditional sports in college physical education and promoting the development of traditional national sports education.
