基于警务实战能力培养的篮球课程“学、训、赛”一体化模式构建研究——以浙江警察学院为例

Study on the Construction of integrated model of"learning,training and competition"of basketball course for the training of police practical ability——Taking Zhejiang Police College as an example

通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,结合个人多年来作为学院男女篮球队教练的工作经验与体会,从公安院校特点出发,以体育战争论、知行合一理论、心理学迁移理论等为理论基础,基于对学生的警务实战能力培养,提出在篮球课程中渗透以警察核心价值观为代表的思政教育内容,以篮球技战术学习为载体帮助学生构建科学学习思维,打破课程的时空界限,加强对抗,以赛促练,促进学生运动习惯养成,在实战中促进学生篮球运动能力发展。学为打造筋骨,训为发展肌肉,赛为注入灵魂,多元评价与转变教师角色来构建基于警务实战能力培养的篮球"学、训、赛"一体化课程创新模式,将篮球教育与警务实战化能力培养相结合,探索公安院校体育课程与警察职业发展相融合的全面深化改革与创新之路。

Based on the theory of sports war,the theory of the unity of knowledge and action,the theory of psychological transfer and the training of students'practical ability of policing,this paper puts forward that the core values of the police should be the representative in the basketball course Ideological and political content,with basketball technical and tactical learning as the carrier,helps students to build scientific learning thinking,break the time and space boundaries of the course,strengthen confrontation,promote practice by competition,promote students'sports habits,and promote the development of students'basketball sports ability in actual combat.In order to build the muscles and bones,train the muscles and inject the soul into the competition,we should evaluate and change the role of teachers to build an integrated curriculum innovation mode of basketball"study,training and competition"based on the training of police practical ability.We should combine the basketball education with the training of the practical ability of police affairs,and explore the way of comprehensively deepening reform and innovation of integration of physical education course and police professional development.
