新时代背景下冬季项目跨界跨项选材现象分析——以张培萌转型为例

为备战2022年冬奥会,我国对冬季奥运项目在进行跨界跨项选材,以文献资料法、专家访谈法、案例分析法,对我国在党的十九大会议中关于冬奥会国家出台的相关政策进行分析,并且以张培萌由百米项目跨到钢架雪车为例,通过对钢架雪车项目发展现状,以及存在的问题,得出跨界跨项科学的选材标准,同时对教练员进行专业的培养,跨界、跨项选材的进行必要宣传,项目之间的互通性,以及运动员后期的发展,都是影响"双跨"工作可持续发展的重要因素。
