摘要
为研究不同水平的的益生菌添加剂对肉羊生长性能的影响,试验采用单因素随机设计试验,试验选择体重为35±4.0kg健康肉羊60只,随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只,试验1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别基础日粮添加1.5%、3.0%、6.0%的复合益生菌添加剂,试验期为56 d。结果表明,试验3、4组平均日增重较1组分别提高13.4%、16.6%,差异性显著(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的干物质采食量均高于1组,差异性不显著(P>0.05),试验3、4组料重比较1组分别降低13.6%、15.6%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。不同水平的复合益生菌添加剂可以提高肉羊生产性能,其中以6.0%添加为适宜,在临床中具有推广应用的价值。
In order to study the effects of different levels of probiotic additives on the growth performance of mutton sheep,60 healthy mutton sheep weighing 35±4.0 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 repetitions in each group,the basal diet was fed to the blank control group.The basal diet was supplemented with 1.5%,3.0%and 6.0%probiotics for 56 days in the experimental 2,3 and 4 groups.The results showed that the average daily gain of test group 3 and 4 was 13.4%and 16.6%higher than that of test group 1,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The dry matter intake of test group 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of test group 1,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the weight of test group 3 and 4 was 13.6%and 15.6%lower than that of test group 1,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Different levels of compound probiotics can improve the performance of mutton sheep,of which 6.0%is suitable,which has the value of popularization and application in clinic.
