我国畜牧行业高速发展,而畜牧行业的发展使兽医这一职业人员变得有所不足,基于对兽医职业的需求量,越来越多的毕业大学生以及其他社会人员开始从事该行业。在我国要让畜牧行业稳定发展,需要兽医人员具备专业的技术,高超的综合素质以及强大的防疫手段。兽医这一行业的发展在畜牧业中有着重要作用,我国目前畜牧行业发挥迅猛,但是城市与基层之间的能力、经济、治疗手段等方面还有一定差距,临床经验上也显得不足,因此对畜牧行业发展产生了严重的制约性。该文主要分析讨论提高基层兽医诊疗条件及基层兽医诊疗水平的对策。

Based on the demand of veterinary profession,more and more college graduates and other social personnel begin to be engaged in this profession.The development of animal husbandry in our country is very fast.In order to keep the stable development of animal husbandry in our country,the veterinary personnel need to have professional technology,high comprehensive quality and strong means of epidemic prevention.The development of veterinary medicine plays an important role in animal husbandry.At present,China’s animal husbandry industry is developing rapidly,but there is still a certain gap between cities and grass-roots units in terms of capacity,economy,treatment methods,etc.,clinical experience also appears to be inadequate,so the development of the animal husbandry industry has had serious constraints.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the countermeasures to improve the condition and level of veterinary diagnosis and treatment at the grass-roots level.
