强化医患沟通的措施在临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 医患沟通是一种医患双方在疾病诊治过程中进行的双向交流活动,即一方面充分利用现代化的医疗手段使得患者的疾病得到诊治,另一方面充分满足患者的健康需求.但随着我国经济社会的快速发展,目前的医患关系仍然十分紧张,因此在临床教学中,着重培养医学生的医患沟通能力势在必得.高质量的医患沟通是建立良好医患关系的基础.强化医患沟通的措施需要从加强人文修养、强化职业素养及职业语言修养、熟知医疗卫生法规,并采用情景教学和社会实践等教学方法等手段实现. Doctor-patient communication is a two-way communication activity carried out by both doctors and patients in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment,that is,on the one hand,they make full use of modern medical methods to diagnose and treat patients'diseases,and on the other hand,they fully meet the health needs of patients.However,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the current relationship between doctors and patients is still very tense.Therefore,in clinical teaching,it is necessary in order to focus oncultivating the medical student-patient communication ability.High-quality doctor-patient communication is the foundation forestablishing a good doctor-patient relationship.Measures to strengthen the communication between doctors and patients have to be achieved by strengthening humanities,strengthening professional literacy and professional language literacy,being familiar with medical and health regulations,and using teaching methods such as scenario teaching and social practice.
