基于横断面调查的静脉治疗管理在静脉专科护理质量提升中的应用

An application of static therapy management based on crosssectional survey in improving nursing quality of intravenous specialty

目的 探讨基于横断面调查的静疗管理在静脉专科护理质量提升中的应用效果.方法 选择2016年12月~2017年10月我院实施了静疗管理,选取实施静疗管理前(2016年11月16日当天)和实施静疗管理后(2017年11月22日当天)的3746例患者作为研究对象.实施静疗管理前(2016年11月16日当天)的1955例患者作为对照组,实施静疗管理后(2017年11月22日当天)的1791例患者作为干预组.对照组按常规进行护理,干预组基于横断面调查进行静疗管理.比较两组的静疗工具合理使用率、静疗并发症发生率.结果 干预组静疗工具合理使用率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组静疗相关并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于横断面调查的静疗管理可以提高静疗工具的合理使用率,规范静疗管理,降低静疗并发症,改善患者安全.

Objective To investigate the application effect of static therapy management based on cross-sectional survey in improving nursing quality of intravenous specialty.Methods From December 2016 to October 2017,our hospital implemented static therapy management.3746 patients before(on November 16,2016)and after(on November 22,2017)static therapy management were selected as research subjects.1955 patients before(on November 16,2016)static therapy management were taken as the control group,and 1791 patients after(on November 22,2017)static therapy management were taken as the intervention group.The control group received routine nursing care while the intervention group received static therapy management based on cross-sectional survey.The reasonable utilization rate of static therapy tools and the incidence of static therapy complications were compared between the two groups.Results The reasonable utilization rate of static therapy tools in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications related to static therapy in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Static therapy management based on cross-sectional survey can improve the reasonable utilization rate of static therapy tools,standardize static therapy management,reduce static therapy complications and ameliorate patient safety.
