经口腔镜甲状腺手术围术期患者口腔清洁度的管理

Management of oral cleanliness in perioperative patients undergoing oral endoscopic thyroid surgery

目的 分析经口腔镜甲状腺手术的围术期口腔清洁干预护理效果.方法 选取2018年7月~2020年1月在本院接受治疗的经口腔镜甲状腺术后口腔停留负压引流管患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40),分别予以传统口腔护理、经口甲状腺术后口腔护理,比较组间干预效果差异.结果 观察组与对照组手术均成功;观察组术后口腔清洁度评估项总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均随访1个月,且均未发生任何严重并发症.结论 在经口腔镜甲状腺手术围术期给予有效的口腔清洁护理措施,可有效提升口腔清洁度、减少并发症的发生,临床价值良好.

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative oral cleanliness intervention on oral endoscopic thyroid surgery.Methods 80 patients with oral indwelling negative pressure drainage tube after oral endoscopic thyroid surgery who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The two groups were given traditional oral nursing and oral nursing after oral endoscopic thyroid surgery.The differences in intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation in the observation group and the control group were both successful.The total incidence of postoperative oral cleanliness evaluation items in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in both groups were followed up for 1 month without any serious complications.Conclusion Effective oral cleanliness and nursing measures during the perioperative period of oral endoscopic thyroid surgery can effectively improve oral cleanliness and reduce the incidence of complications,which has good clinical value.
