看图对话工具对老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力的效果观察

Application of an educational tool for creating dialogues according to pictures in training self-management ability of elderly diabetic patients

目的 观察应用看图对话工具对提高老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力的效果.方法 选取2018年1~10月收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与对照组,实验组50例患者运用看图对话互动式教育,对照组50例患者运用常规健康教育,比较两组患者干预效果.结果 两组患者健康教育前空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).健康教育后,实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组自我管理评分、生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 采用看图对话互动式健康教育对提高老年糖尿病患者患者自我管理能力有效,能提高血糖控制效果.

Objective To observe the effect of an educational tool for creating dialogues according to pictures in training self-management ability of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly diabetic patients treated from January to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into a study group and a control group using the random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with interactive education through picture-viewing dialogue,while the control group was given conventional health education.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin between the two groups before health education(P>0.05).After health education,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-management score and quality of life score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Interactive health education with picture-viewing dialogue is effective for improving the self-management ability of elderly patients with diabetes,and can improve the effect of blood glucose control.
