公立医院党小组建设存在的问题及对策思考

Party group construction of public hospitals:Challenges and countermeasures

着力解决党小组存在的虚化、弱化等问题,是深入贯彻落实新时代党的组织路线的重要课题,也是推进全面从严治党、激发基层党组织生机与活力的应有之意.调研组深入北京市属公立医院具有代表性的10个基层党支部,收集、总结了一批党小组建设面临的共性问题.以此为基础,本文对大型公立医院基层党组织党小组建设遇到的实际问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为公立医院党小组建设提供借鉴,为充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用打牢基础.

It is an important issue for the thorough implementation of the party's organizational line and an essential part to make an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline and activate vitality and vigor of primary party organization in the new era to make efforts to resolve problems such as the emptiness and weakness of the party group.The research team went deep into 10 grass-roots party branches that are representative of Beijing's public hospitals,and collected and summarized a number of common problems faced by the party group construction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the practical problems encountered in the construction of party groups in the grass-roots party organizations of large public hospitals,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a reference for the construction of party groups in public hospitals and lay solid foundation for a fort role of party branch.
