摘要
针对企业原物资采购业务纸质审签过程中存在的业务审批不及时、数据更新慢、审批信息错误多、过程内控风险高等问题,以OA自动化办公系统为平台,开发了采购业务管理模块,实现了采购业务全流程信息化管理,提高了采购效率,降低了采购成本和内控风险。论文主要介绍实践的背景、系统框架设计、表单和流程设计、数据综合利用、实施效果等方面的内容。
In view of the problems existing in the process of paper-based examination and approval of enterprises'original material purchase business,such as untimely examination and approval of business,slow updating of data,many errors in examination and approval information,high risk of internal control in the process,and on the platform of OA automation office system,the procurement business management module is developed,which realizes the whole process information management of the procurement business,improves the procurement efficiency,reduces the procurement cost and internal control risk.The paper mainly introduces the background of practice,system framework design,form and process design,data comprehensive utilization,implementation effect and so on.
