In recent years,the speed of China's economic development is accelerating,and people's living standards have been improved together with it.China's real estate industry has become a pillar industry,which can promote China's economic and social development,optimize people's living environment,and promote the process of urbanization.Commercial real estate development is the important part of real estate in China.At this stage,because of the conflict of economic interests in all aspects,it is facing severe challenges.Therefore,we should pay attention to the risk management of commercial real estate development projects.This paper analyzes the problems of the risk management of commercial real estate development projects,and puts forward effective countermeasures according to these problems.
