Research on the Risk Assessment and Management Strategies of Bidding and Tendering for Construction Projects in the New Era

新时期的建设项目受市场经济变化的影响,在招投标期间面临着战略风险、环境风险,严重影响建设项目的整体质量。因此,论文基于某建设工程项目,对新时期建设项目招投标风险作出评估,同时,提出相应的风险管理策略,以期提高建设项目招投标风险管理水平,为我国建设项目的进步与发展奠定基础。

The construction projects in the new era are affected by the changes of market economy.The construction projects are faced with strategic risk and environmental risk during the bidding and tendering period,which seriously affect the overall quality of the construction projects.Therefore,based on a construction engineering project,this paper assesses the risk of bidding and tendering for the construction projects in the new era.At the same time,the paper puts forward the corresponding risk management strategies,so as to improve the level of risk management of bidding and tendering for the construction projects,and lay the foundation for the progress and development of the construction projects in China.
