浅谈房地产业发展中的保障性住房体系建设

Discussion on the Construction of Affordable Housing System in the Development of Real Estate Industry

改革开放以来,我国城市化进程加快。城市经济的发展推动城市人口总量不断上涨,导致城市住房需求不断增加。随着房地产行业市场化程度加深,商品住宅的高端化和供给量不足导致房地产价格不断增长,中低收入人群面对高房价,无法满足其基本的住房需求。政府提出建设保障性住房以解决上述问题,但在保障性住房体系的发展建设中仍存在不少问题。论文就保障性住房体系建设中存在的问题进行简单分析,并提出解决的对策。

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has accelerated.The development of urban economy promotes the increase of urban total population,which leads to the increase of urban housing demand.With the deepening of the marketization of the real estate industry,the high-end and the insufficient supply of commercial housing lead to the continuous growth of real estate prices,low and middle-income people can not meet their basic housing needs in the face of high housing prices.The government proposes to construct affordable housing to solve the above problems,but there are still many problems existing in the development and construction of affordable housing system.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of affordable housing system and puts forward the countermeasures.
