Under the new market economy normal,while the construction scale and quantity of construction projects continue to increase,the problem of cost exceeding budget not only affects the market competitiveness of enterprises,but also has a negative impact on social stability and harmony.In view of this,the paper mainly probes into the causes of the project cost exceeding budget at present,and deeply analyzes its control measures,so as to lay a good foundation for the realization of the enterprise's strategic development goal while avoiding the occurrence of the problem of exceeding the budget.
