摘要
目前,政府需要进一步强化人力资源管理工作,要采取合理及科学的方式提高人力资源管理工作水平和工作质量。在当前人力资源激励的过程当中需要加强双因素理论的广泛运用,这样才能够提高人力资源激励效果和激励质量。论文主要是关于政府部门人力资源激励过程当中双因素理论的应用研究,以供相关专业人士进行参考和借鉴。
At present,the government needs to further strengthen human resources management work,should take reasonable and scientific way to improve the quality of human resources management level and work.In the current process of human resources incentive,it is necessary to strengthen the extensive application of the dual factors theory,so as to improve the effect and quality of human resources incentive.This paper mainly studies the application of the dual factors theory in the process of human resources incentive in government departments,so as to provide reference to relevant professionals.
