新疆高职养老服务专业职业化发展中的困境与出路

The Predicament and Way Out in the Professionalization Development of Senior Pension Service Specialty in Xinjiang

新疆进入老龄化社会相较于内地时间晚,但近几年随着人口老龄化的加重以及各类优惠政策的实施,新疆各地养老机构数量急剧增加,相应的养老服务专业人才缺口大。作为拥有培养养老服务专业的新疆高职院校,培养人才流失较为严重,毕业学生未能进入养老行业就业,面临困境。对此,论文浅析新疆高职养老服务专业职业化的发展困境,同时提出几点建议。

Compared with the mainland,Xinjiang entered the aging society later.However,with the aggravation of the aging population and the implementation of various preferential policies in recent years,the number of pension institutions in various parts of Xinjiang has increased sharply,and there is a large shortage of professional talents in pension services.As higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang,which have the major of cultivating the elderly service,the brain drain is serious,and the graduates fail to enter the elderly service industry for employment,facing difficulties.In this regard,this paper analyzes the development dilemma of the professionalization of senior professional pension service in Xinjiang,and puts forward some suggestions.
