某核电厂应急柴油机吹车试验的控制

摘要 某核电厂应急柴油机采用德国MTU机型,由于柴油机厂房设计原因,整体更换比较困难,如出现曲轴、轴瓦等关键敏感部件的重大缺陷,更换柴油机需耗费大量的时间、人力、财力,同时影响电厂的安全运行。根据上述情况,从预防设备失效的角度,寻找减少应急柴油机启动磨损的方法,提出可行性技术创新方案,通过现场验证,提高某核电厂机组应急柴油机的寿命及可靠性。 The emergency diesel engine of a certain nuclear power plant adopts the German MTU model,because of the diesel engine factory building design reason,the overall replacement is more difficult,such as the appearance of the major defects of crankshaft,bearing and other key sensitive parts,the replacement of diesel engine takes a lot of time,manpower,financial resources,at the same time affects the safe operation of the power plant.According to the above situation,from the point of preventing the failure of equipment,the method of reducing the starting wear of emergency diesel engine is found,and the feasible technical innovation scheme is put forward,and the life and reliability of emergency diesel engine of a nuclear power plant unit are improved by field verification.
