在城乡一体化建设日益推进的大背景下,我国建筑行业发展十分迅速,其主要分成工业建筑、民用建筑和商业建筑。工业建筑和民用建筑不仅追求实用性,还注重观赏价值,而商业建筑比较注重美感,以及利润最大化。在建筑行业的发展中,工业建筑和民用建筑逐渐成为社会各界关注的重点,设计部门需要注重建筑设计技术的应用,提高建筑工程项目建设的整体质量,论文主要对工业建筑和民用建筑设计技术的有效应用进行了分析。

Under the background of increasing urban-rural integration,China's construction industry is developing rapidly,which is mainly divided into industrial building,civil building and commercial building.Industrial and civil buildings not only pursue practicality,but also focus on ornamental value,while commercial buildings pay more attention to aesthetics and profit maximization.In the development of the construction industry,industrial building and civil building gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life,the design department needs to pay attention to the application of architectural design technology to improve the overall quality of construction projects.This paper mainly analyzes the effective application of design technology of industrial building and civil building.
