摘要
采用全自动固相洗脱剂萃取GC-MS联用法建立了对生活饮用水中常见的8种有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类多种农药化合物残留的最佳化检测方法。在对样品中洗脱剂的种类与体积、洗脱剂量与流速、仪器的检测条件等基础上进行了最佳化,并在最佳化的条件下对洗脱剂进行了一系列的实验回收检测。结果表明:在优化的条件下,以上8种有机磷农药在0.01-1.00μg/mL浓度的范围内呈现良好的线性相关性,相关系数0.9922>0.9913;不同种类和浓度的洗脱剂加标实验回收加标实验结果显示其检测方法的回收率基本稳定在90.4%-105.7%之间。加标实验回收检测结果也表明,此检测方法具有样品前处理中洗脱剂消耗有机溶剂量少、操作便捷、结果准确、灵敏度高等优点,能够广泛应用于对生活用水中多种常见的有机磷和拟除虫菊酯类多种农药化合物残留的实验检测。
The GC-MS method for the determination of 8 organophosphorus and pyrethroid pesticide residues in drinking water was established.On the basis of optimizing the kinds and volume of eluent,eluent dose and flow rate,instrument and other detection conditions,and carrying out a series of experimental recovery detection of eluent under the optimized conditions,the results show that under the optimized conditions,the above eight organophosphorus pesticides show a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0.01—1.OOug/ml,and the correlation coefficient is 0.99r2>0.9913;The recovery of the same kind and concentration of eluent is between 90.4%and 105.7%.The results show that this method has the advantages of less solvent consumption,convenient operation,accurate results and high sensitivity.It can be widely used in the experimental detection of a variety of common organophosphorus and pyrethroid pesticide residues in domestic water.
