发展建设企业ERP信息管理系统,实施ERP系统项目来提升企业的竞争力已成为化工企业发展的趋势。物料、客户、供应商等基础数据通常长期存在并且应用于多个子系统。作为ERP系统的主数据,其管理与设计的合理高效是ERP系统项目实施成功并高效应用的前提,并对其有直接影响,主数据在企业ERP系统应用中的统一管理对系统来说十分重要。文章以SAP系统、OA系统等多个子系统组成的ERP系统为例,说明化工企业ERP系统应用中主数据的设计与管理。

The development and construction of enterprise ERP information management system and the implementation of ERP system projects to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have become the development trend of chemical enterprises.Basic data such as materials,customers,suppliers,etc.,usually exist for a long time and are applied to multiple subsystems.As the master data of ERP system,its reasonable and efficient management and design is the premise of the successful implementation and efficient application of ERP system project,and has a direct impact on it.The unified management of master data in enterprise ERP system application is very important for the system.Taking the ERP system composed of SAP system,OA system and other subsystems as an example,this paper illustrates the design and management of master data in the application of ERP system in chemical enterprises.
