摘要
传动轴是机械中重要的零件,其设计强度的高低直接影响着机械产品的质量和寿命。传统的机械设计方法估算的结果比较粗略,对于应力集中的位置以及应力大小难以做出精确的判断。以锻压机辅助冲孔结构中的传动轴零件为例,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对传动轴进行了位移和等效应力分析,确定了传动轴的最大位移和最大等效应力的位置及具体数值。分析结果验证了传动轴的可靠性。有限元法的应用为轴类零件以及机械产品整体结构优化提供了理论依据。
Transmission shaft is an important part of machinery,and its design strength directly affects the quality and service life of mechanical products.The results of traditional mechanical design method are rough,so it is difficult to make accurate judgment for the location of stress concentration and stress size.Taking the driving shaft part in the auxiliary punching structure of forging press as an example,the displacement and equivalent stress of the driving shaft are analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software,and the position and specific value of the maximum displacement and equivalent stress of the driving shaft are determined.The analysis results verify the reliability of the transmission shaft.The application of the finite element method provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the whole structure of shaft parts and mechanical products.
