摘要
针对旋转成型加工工艺的特殊性能,分析了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)MPER3505、进口试样A以及国产试样B的结构与加工性能。结果表明:采用核磁共振碳谱计算了LLDPE的支化度,MPER3505和试样A的支链结构优于试样B;采用凝胶渗透色谱法分析了LLDPE的相对分子质量及其分布,MPER3505和试样A的相对分子质量分布窄,加工性能优于试样B;采用差示扫描量热法分析了LLDPE的结晶性能,三者结晶度均高于50%,满足旋转成型加工要求。
The structure and processing performance of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)MPER3505,im ported product A and domestic product B were analyzed to verify their performance in rotational molding process.The results obtained by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum show that the branched chain structure of MPER3505 and sample A is better than that of sample B.The molecular weight and its distribution of products were analyzed by gel permeation chromatograph,among which,the relative molecular mass distribution of MPER3505 and sample A are narrow,whose processing performance are better than that of sample B.The crystallinity of these samples analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter are higher than 50%,which meet the requirements of rotational molding process.
