循环测试法在医护人员感染防控知识培训中的应用

The application of a repeated test in the knowledge training of infection prevention and control for healthcare professionals

目的探讨循环测试法在新型冠状病毒肺炎发热门诊及隔离病房医护人员感染防控知识培训中的应用效果。方法选取湖南省人民医院一院区支援本院发热门诊与隔离病房的96名医护人员为对照组,采用传统线下教学为主、线上教学为辅的形式进行新型冠状病毒肺炎感染防控知识培训;选取二院区支援本院发热门诊与隔离病房的100名医护人员为试验组,采用循环测试法进行培训。比较培训后两组的理论考核成绩,并调查两组对培训的满意度。结果培训后试验组成绩为(95.26±3.74)分,对照组成绩为(89.46±5.08)分,所有医护人员均合格,试验组培训满意度为96.0%,对照组培训满意度为84.8%。结论循环测试法可有效提升发热门诊与隔离病房中医护人员的感染防控知识水平,保障患者和医护人员自身的安全,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of a repeated test in the knowledge training of infection prevention and control for healthcare professionals in the fever clinic and isolation wards of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The healthcare professionals in the first branch of a hospital who supported fever clinics and isolation wards were assigned to the control group.They received the training through traditional teaching method including online learning and offline teaching.The healthcare professionals in the second branch of the hospital were assigned to the experimental group and received a repeated test training.The test scores after the training were compared between the two groups.Besides,the satisfaction rate in both groups was investigated.Results After the training,the scores of the experimental group and the control group were(95.26±3.74)and(89.46±5.08)respectively.All the healthcare professionals were qualified.The training satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 96.0%and that of the control group was 84.8%.Conclusion The repeated test can effectively improve the knowledge level of infection prevention and control of healthcare professionals in the fever clinics and isolation wards.It can help ensure the safety of patients and medical staff,which is worthy of promotion and application.
