水源质量、取水方式、用水工艺在酿酒生产中都是影响酒质的重要因素。通过取用涪江优质水源经过深层地质过滤后的深井水,用于酿酒生产;在生产过程中精准控制用水技艺、升级水质,生产出优质大曲、基酒、原酒及最后的酒类产品。优质水源、高级沱泉、精湛水艺组成的“水密码”,是舍得生态酿酒的品质标杆关键因素之一。
The quality of water source,the methods of collecting and using water are all important factors that affect the quality of wine brewing.It is used for winemaking production by taking deep well water after Geological filtration using the high-quality water source of the Fujiang River;In the process,precise control of water skills and quality improvement,production of high-quality daqu,basic wine,raw wine and liquor products.The"water code"composed of high quality water source,Tuoquan and exquisite art is one of the key factors for the quality of ecological winemaking.
