摘要
阐述了绍兴酒“坊单”(又称信票、内单、内票、酒票等)的历史变迁,从一个侧面反映了清代至民国时期绍兴酒在津京市场的热销,为研究近代绍兴酒的生产和市场经营提供了佐证和借鉴。
This paper briefly expounds the historical changes of Shaoxingjiu"Fangdan"(also known as letter ticket,Neidan,neipiao,jiupiao,etc.),which reflects the hot sales of Shaoxingjiu in Jinjing market from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,and provides evidence and reference for the study of modern Shaoxingjiu production and market operation.
