摘要
为了解决传统多频控制方法存在鲁棒性较差与稳定性较低的问题,提出基于需求响应的电网峰谷分时负荷多频控制方法研究。利用电力弹性矩阵针对价格型负荷的响应行为进行建模,确定自弹性系数和交叉弹性系数,根据弹性系数描述出用户对电网峰谷电价的需求响应行为,对电力负荷进行分类,根据k个动态子系统的组合状况构建关联区域结构框架,并分析互联关系,在每个单独的电力区域中选取相关电力系统动态函数,实现电网峰谷分时负荷多频控制。实验结果表明,基于需求响应的电网峰谷分时负荷多频控制方法有效性更高,鲁棒性更好,在复杂的电力系统中仍有很好地控制能力。
In order to solve the problem of poor robustness and low stability of traditional multi frequency control method,the research of multi frequency control method based on demand response is proposed.This paper uses the power elasticity matrix to model the response behavior of price type load,determines the self elasticity coefficient and cross elasticity coefficient,describes the demand response behavior of users to the peak and valley electricity price according to the elasticity coefficient,classifies the power load,constructs the structure framework of related area according to the combination of K dynamic subsystems,and analyzes the interconnection relationship in each individual power system The dynamic function of the power system is selected to realize the peak valley time-sharing load multi frequency control. The experimental results show that the peak valley time-sharing load multi frequency control method based on demand response is more effective and robust,and it still has good control ability in complex power system.
