基于SOA的主子站程序化控制方案

摘要 随着电力系统智能化、自动化的发展进程,程序化控制在调度站与变电站之间的协同管理中发挥了重要的作用。但目前主子站程序化控制设备行业仍未制定统一标准,导致调度系统网络形成后,却无法实现统一监控的局面。针对这一问题,文中提出基于电力系统通用服务协议(SOA)的程序化控制方案,用以规范主子站之间通讯的统一格式和接口。该方案建立了主子站各子系统之间的交互方式,规定指令格式与数据交互格式;建立了子站端一键顺控操作系统,完成主子站之间的通讯建立和子站的程序化控制。采用模拟试验与现场实验的方式,验证了该方案数据交互的可靠性。因此,程序化操作工作效率较于常规操作方式提高5倍以上。 With the development of power system intelligence and automation,programmed control plays an important role in the cooperative management between dispatching stations and substations. But at present,there is no unified standard for the main and sub-station programmed control equipment industry,which leads to the situation that the unified monitoring can not be realized after the formation of the dispatching system network. To solve this problem,a programmed control scheme based on Power System General Service Protocol(SOA)is proposed to standardize the unified communication format and interface between master and sub-stations. The scheme establishes the interaction mode between the subsystems of the main and sub-stations,specifies the instruction format and data interaction format,establishes the one-key sequential control operation system of the sub-stations,completes the communi cation between the main and sub-stations and the programmed control of the sub-stations. The reliability of data interaction is verified by simulation and field experiments. The efficiency of programmed operation is more than 5 times higher than that of conventional operation.
