西门子串补传感器OPTO68的测试仪的电路设计

摘要 在传统的西门子OPTO68串补传感器检测方法中,检测设备非检测专用,其体积巨大、功能复杂、价格高昂。基于将检测设备便携化、专用化的目的,自研了能为OPTO68进行激光供能、提供基准电压、解码OPTO68的采样数据并将数据发送至PC机的测试仪。配合PC端软件,可以统计OPTO68各通道采集到的电压和相应误差。经高、低温实验测试,输出基准电压精度满足要求。相比于的传统检测设备,本装置体积小巧,使用方法简单,大大简化了OPTO68的检测流程,具有实际使用价值。 In traditional testing method of Siemens optical measuring unit OPTO68,the testing equip ment which is huge in size,complex in function and expensive is not dedicated for testing. Based on the purpose of making the testing equipment portable and dedicated for testing,a tester which supplies power to OPTO68 via high-power laser,provides reference voltages for OPT068,decodes data which is sampled by OPTO68 and transfer those data to PC is developed. With the client software for PC,the voltage data acquired by OPTO68 and the corresponding errors can be calculated. Compared to traditional testing equipment,this tester is much smaller and easier to operate,greatly simplifying the testing procedures of OPTO68 and has practical value.
